Introducing our fast receipt upload in Xero. Our latest expense management feature is here to streamline this arduous part of the expense management process. As one of the top requested features, we’re thrilled to deliver this for our customers in time for the new financial year.

How it works

  1. Purchase something - use your Archa card to make a purchase, and you’ll get an instant push notification. 
  2. Add your receipt - snap a photo of your receipt and add any important details (expense codes and notes) all from the Archa app. 
  3. That’s it! - you’re done! No need for reimbursements or tedious expense reports! 

Collect every receipt

Where did I put those receipts? Did I take a screenshot? When you have to find receipts long after a purchase has been made, more often than not, some go astray. It’s a lot easier to capture and upload receipts when it’s top of mind, not weeks or months later. 

That’s why we’ve built a fast, seamless way for employees to capture and upload receipts on the go. After spending on your Archa card, you immediately receive a push notification prompting you to upload a receipt. The process takes seconds and is one of the fastest, no-nonsense receipt upload processes in the market. We love building features that are easy to use for our customers. 

The benefits of our fast receipt upload are multiplied for businesses on our Team plan with multiple employees. Collect every receipt and ensure you’re not sorting through a pile of receipts and expense admin at the end of the month. 

Automate reconciliation in Xero

This feature also saves business owners, finance managers and bookkeepers time at month's end - or whenever you reconcile your accounts. Uploaded receipts are automatically matched against your Archa transaction bank feed - yet another time-saver. It also works to remove manual handling and the errors that occur. We’re excited to be deepening our integration with Xero and building on our Xero bank feed integration, launched earlier this year. 

How do I get started?

  1. Log in to the Archa app and select ‘Xero Integration’ on the home screen
  2. Enter your Xero account login details
  3. Select the organisation within your Xero account you would like to connect to Archa. Your bank feed will then be connected. 
  4. Next, toggle on the account codes cardholders can add to their receipt submissions. Cardholders will only see the ones you select. 
  5. Tap submit. Receipts can now be uploaded to Xero!
