MELBOURNE, 8 April, 2026 – Archa has successfully secured a multi-year senior debt facility with an Australian Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (ADI), marking a pivotal transition in the company’s capital strategy from private credit to bank funding. This new senior secured facility refinances Archa’s legacy arrangement with Roadnight Capital, providing a scalable runway to support an expanding customer base.

The facility provides an initial commitment with accordion capacity to a $50 million total facility limit. The transition to bank funding delivers a material reduction in the total cost of funds, driven by a compression in lender margin that reflects Archa's matured credit profile.

The facility’s Advance Rate has also been increased, driven by strong historical performance and a consistent repayment profile from corporate customers. This improvement allows for more efficient capital allocation as customer spending scales, ensuring that more equity can be directed toward product innovation and accelerating customer acquisition rather than collateralisation.

Oliver Kidd, Archa's founder and CEO, says: "Securing a $50m bank funded facility is a definitive milestone in our journey toward becoming the leading corporate card provider in Australia. We have materially lowered our cost of capital off the back of strong customer performance over several years, and we've now built a scalable foundation that allows us to support the growing spend requirements of our customers with more agility than ever before."

Archa was advised on the transaction by Vixory Capital. The company extends its thanks to Roadnight Capital for their support over the last four years, which was instrumental during Archa's early-stage growth.
