Do I need to tell Archa before I travel?

No. Because Archa uses modern fraud detection, you generally don't need to notify us of travel. However, our [Coming Soon] geography controls will allow admins to explicitly allow or block countries for added safety.

What is the FX rate?

We pass on the Mastercard wholesale exchange rate with no added margin. Most banks add a 2.5% - 3.5% fee on top of this rate; we charge 0%.

Can I set a card just for one trip?

Yes. You can issue a "Temporary" virtual card with a specific budget and an expiration date set for the end of the trip. This is perfect for giving staff travel funds without increasing their permanent credit limit.
